Bringing Your Wedding Vision to Life: Our Process for Visualizing Custom Floral Designs

Through our full service wedding flower offering we get to create an intentional custom design plan that reflects our couples personalities, compliments their wedding venue, establishes the feeling and theme of their wedding day, and sets the foundation of their flower needs and wants. As a very detailed driven person (ask my childhood friends, I’m known as the keeper of the memories) I really love the process of creating a floral vision board, it’s absolutely vital — I feel as if this pre-production planning stems back to my formal education in film with my love of developing storyboards and screenplays as a way to communicate and collaborate with all and really get a visual and the descriptive details establish so when it comes to the wedding day everything that was orchestrated is being brought to life with fluidity!

When it comes to a custom floral design we like to include inspiration photos in our vision boards from other floral designers, painters, landscape designers, nature, etc. as way to show our couples what aesthetic, texture, color, etc. we’re pulling inspiration from to create something truly unique and one-of-a-kind just for them; no replications ever!

Below you’ll find our bridal bouquet vision board along with the stunning bouquet we design for an amazing bride who wanted her bouquet to be highly textural with billowy focal blooms and wild to compliment and fit the aesthetic of their beautiful mountain venue, High Hampton, with whites, lavenders, purples, and greens for the early Spring season.

When custom floral designs call for that extra layer of inspiration, we love taking ideas from Pinterest and transforming them into elevated visual conceptualizations. By crafting detailed digital mock-ups of our designs, we bridge the gap between inspiration and reality, giving our clients a clear, tangible vision of how their unique florals will come to life. These visual representations allow us to fine-tune every element, ensuring that each design is not only inspired by your vision but perfectly tailored to your wedding day and venue
