We have intentionally curated a menu of floral items that provide the most impact for your special day, with four beautiful color palette options that pair perfectly with our stunning Western North Carolina mountain landscapes.
Don’t need wedding party bouquets? Great, leave them out. Only need centerpieces to adorn your tables? Perfect, we got you covered. Oh, and all the vases within your order are yours to keep and can be re-purposed!
Our loca A La Carte experience is ideal for those who love our artful aesthetic and prefer to leave the design details to us with no formal consultation and no set-up labor. Once you submit your order, we'll simply confirm delivery — It’s that easy!

    Reach out to us to confirm availability for your event date.

  • 2. Design & Details

    We’ll send you our order menu to select your color palette, choose your floral items, and the quantity you would like us to design. Here you’ll provide wedding day delivery details.

  • 3. Booking

    We’ll send your wedding flower order invoice for full payment and a contract to review and sign to officially be booked in our calendar!

  • 4. Confirmation

    Three weeks before your wedding we will reach out to re-confirm your order details.

  • 5. Delivery

    We’ll design your wedding flower items and deliver them to you on your event day!

A La Carte Color Palettes

We have designed our four color palettes to be broad so we can evolvingly create with the most stunning flowers and foliages each season has to offer.

  • This blissful neutral palette is a timeless beauty that harmonizes with all design styles through every season — With Neutral Vistas you can choose all white and green for a classic wedding color palette or have the option of neutral colors incorporated, such as taupes, beige, sandstones, and browns.

  • This stunning palette is the epitome of elegant romance — Created with pleasant muted colored blooms that could include peaches, lavenders, blushes, yellows, greens, blues, and neutrals. When we think of Pastel Dawn we envision a perfect billowy cotton candy sky in the morning.

  • This enchanting deep color palette emits luscious charm influenced by the contrast of light and dark — deep purples, burgundys, reds, pinks, and shades of white. When we think of Moonlit Orchard we envision picking ripe stone fruits on a moonlit foggy night.

  • This cheerful palette sings warmth and happiness through beautiful pops of yellows, oranges, peaches, pinks, and greens against subtle neutral tone blooms. Al Fresco lovingly evolves its hues and saturations from bold to soft to match Mother Nature’s seasons.

A La Carte FAQ

  • Unfortunately, we can not accommodate orders only containing a bouquet and boutonniere as we source flowers that come in bulk quantities and the designs we create have multiple flower varieties with each stem allocated to your order.

  • Our A La Carte Wedding & Event service is available for delivery in Asheville, Arden, Black Mountain, Candler, Marion, Old Fort, Lake Lure, Weaverville, Woodfin, Enka Village, Bent Creek, Royal Pines, Oak Park, Fairview, Gerton, Swannanoa, Montreat, Bat Cave, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, Providence, Nebo, Glenwood

  • We do not offer a pick-up option, we only do delivery. Your finished flowers will be very delicate and we want them to arrive to you in perfect condition. Transporting flowers safely requires a lot of time and know-how so let us take care of it for you!

  • We require a minimum of 28 days notice and suggest placing your order 2-9 months before your wedding day.

  • Our menu includes the most favored wedding flower items that provide the most impact and value for your wedding day.

  • We'd love to work with you to create a beautiful custom design for your day! Ceremony arbors and installations are a part of our Full Service Wedding service.

  • For A La Carte orders, the only item we will set-up is the Arbor Spray if the arbor is set-up upon arrival. For all other A La Carte menu items, we do not include set-up and only delivery to your venue location.   • With A La Carte we do not offer a custom color palette option. We have intentionally created four broad color palettes that allow us to source the very best blooms available from local farms and market!   • Yes, the vases are yours to keep for our A La Carte Wedding & Events offering.

  • Absolutely you can! Rehearsal dinners, wedding showers, baby showers, birthdays, proms, corporate, and any event that needs beautiful flowers!

  • A La Carte Wedding & Events orders can be canceled if you give us at least 30 days notice of the event date of the order. We will offer a full refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee. We are unable to offer a refund on orders canceled within 30 days of the event.
